Michael started looking for a more efficient way to build high-quality, affordable homes. That's when he found modular building, and in particular Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs).
“Like the Ford assembly line, I could see how this factory method could consistently produce superior quality, more comfortable, energy efficient homes, faster and for a lower price,” he recalls. His first project in 2013 proved him right.
Unhappy with the lack of transparency and inflexible contracts other builders forced on clients, he founded his own company grounded in excellence and integrity.
Michael developed his own approach to combining traditional stick building (where appropriate) with Structural Insulated Panels and modular designs, plus a two-phase process (structure, then finishes) that gives clients full control.
